What type of information does SVC collect?
When you fill out the Contact Us form on the SVC Website, as a part of that process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, email address, phone number, permission to leave a message, when we can best contact you, and the subject of your contact with us.
How is this information used?
The information you give us when you fill out the Contact Us form is only used to reply to you using the email or phone number provided, and only if the information you have put in the Subject area seems to require a reply. We value your confidentiality. We do not share this information with any third-party services or with legal enforcement agencies unless we believe the information left in the Subject area indicates that you or someone else’s life is in imminent danger, or a minor or incapacitated adult is in imminent danger of abuse.
How long is this information kept?
This information is kept on our host server (Wix.com) for no more than 3 months, at which time we delete it.
What other information may be collected?
The SVC Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to make you aware of our services, provide information, and give you the ability to contact us via the SVC Website. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Google My Business also collects some basic data from people who use their search engine to find the SVC Website. Each month they inform SVC of the following:
How many people found us on Google
The top search queries used to find us
How many people asked for directions
How many people visited the website
How many people called us
SVC recommends that you clear the cookies on your computer regularly.
